Progression (apologies for the poor photos)

Trying to get a feel for lighting with these grey lead drawings - the photographs have a good variation in light and dark, making it interesting to learn from. The final images were colour/tone corrected in Photoshop. It was also used to remove the col-erase lines.

Thought I'd give digital painting a try, I chose the most immediate and accessible person... me, hence the boring composition and subject. I experimented with the lighting and colour - something I haven't really done before, a bit dark for what I'm used to, still fun though. Let me know what you think, I would love some feed back.
